These items are custom made, therefore once your order is placed there are no cancellations 

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS:

• Please submit high to professional quality photos.
• DO NOT submit photo collages.
• Screenshots, filtered pictures, or cropped photos are not recommended. These photos will result in low quality designs.
• If you submit low quality photos, you agree that your items will not have clear clarity.

Color variation: Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color samples may appear different on different monitors.

There may be small imperfections. This has to do with the printing process used. We try to make these imperfections as minimal as possible. 

SHIPPING: 

Once an item has been accepted by USPS or UPS, Made By Me Designs, LLC is not responsible for any shipping time, loss of packages, or delay in shipping. You will receive an email or text (if you selected that option) with a tracking number once your item(s) has shipped. Please ensure that you provide the correct address before check out to ensure prompt delivery of items. Insurance is available via Priority Mail and is highly recommended. Shipping is not done on the weekend or holidays. We ship with USPS or UPS. Priority Mail: Takes 1-3 business days. Priority Mail Express: Takes 1-2 business days and comes with $100 of insurance. Please note that these timeframes start after our processing time.
