When should I expect to receive my order?
Our standard processing time is 7-14 business days from the order date depending on our current workload and supplies, it may take longer. Your order will ship via USPS once it has been processed. During high demand, orders will take longer to process and ship. The processing time on bulk orders will vary and will be discussed via electronic communication.
When will my order ship?
Our standard processing time is 7-14 business days from the order date depending on our current workload and supplies, it may take longer. Your order will ship via USPS once it has been processed. During high demand, orders will take longer to process and ship. Your order will ship out after the processing time. Shipping is not done on the weekend or holidays. Orders will be updated with tracking numbers once it is shipped out. Tracking info is sent to the email address you provided. We ship with USPS. Priority Mail:Takes 1-3 business days.Priority Mail Express:Takes 1-2 business days and comes with $100 of insurance.
My items are damaged. Can I get a replacement?
Once a package has been scanned by the delivery service for shipment, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between the buyer and shipping company. However, if an item is defective or damaged we will exchange it for the same type of product and size. (Due to Covid-19, exchanges are currently not being accepted.) If during shipping, your package is delayed, lost or damaged Made By Me Designs is not responsible for and will not issue a replacement. Made By Me Designs does our best to carefully pack, using protective packaging and to ship your order out in a timely manner. We will not compensate for any loss or damages caused by delays or any mishandling of your package by the shipping carrier or otherwise.
