PHOTO REQUIREMENTS: (if in doubt refer to the pictures advertised)

• Please submit high to professional quality photos.
• FRONT, UPCLOSE, AND CENTER (person cannot be at an angle (head slanted or to the side, shoulders cannot be slanted or to the side. Side poses will not be accepted.
• DO NOT submit photo collages.
• DO NOT submit a full-length picture with the client at a distance. 
• Screenshots, filtered pictures, or cropped photos are not recommended. These photos will result in low quality designs.
• If you submit low quality photos or your photos are not up to the standards listed above, your order will not be completed.

Color variation: Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color samples may appear different on different monitors.

There may be small imperfections. This has to do with the printing process used. We try to make these imperfections as minimal as possible. 

SHIPPING: 

Orders are processed 7-10 business days from the order date depending on current workload. Once an item has been accepted by USPS or UPS, Made By Me Designs, LLC is not responsible for any shipping time, loss of packages, or delay in shipping. You will receive an email or text (if you selected that option) with a tracking number once your item(s) has shipped. Please ensure that you provide the correct address before check out to ensure prompt delivery of items. Insurance is available via Priority Mail and is highly recommended. Shipping is not done on the weekend or holidays. We ship with USPS or UPS. Priority Mail: Takes 1-3 business days. Priority Mail Express: Takes 1-2 business days and comes with $100 of insurance. Please note that these timeframes start after our processing time.
